They are rated pretty well by AAA. Their shop charges are average for the area. I've been using them for quite awhile on various cars. They do good work over there. They get it in and out on the day they say they are going to do it. They have very good customer service. They will drive you home or work while they work on the car. They are handy, about a mile from my house. I recommended them to a neighbor and got a coupon.

It went fine. I scheduled an appointment before I went, and only had to wait around an hour for them to finish. They have a shuttle service too. One time it took around a week for them to fix a major issue with my car, and they even provided another car for me to drive around while that was being fixed at no charge. I even had a issue one time after leaving, and they were very quick to get that repaired. I get coupons from them every month in the mail, which I really like.

They are good and fine. They are professional, fair and tell you everything about your car. The environment is very clean.

I selected Sallas to perform service and diagnostic work on my now-out-of-warranty Audi because I did not want to continue to pay main dealer prices for an older vehicle. I chose them based on Angie's List reviews and am not disappointed.

They were very professional in scheduling my service, reviewing what I wanted done and making changes to accommodate my preferences for specific fluids. They gave me a ride to and from my office.

During the afternoon, the service advisor Zach called to let me know that an minor accident had occurred when one of the mechanics was moving my car onto a ramp and one of my tires had been damaged. While that was disappointing in itself accidents will happen and it is how a company responds to these situations that sets them apart, positively or negatively, from their competition. When Zach called to tell me (something that some shops may not even have bothered to do) they had already purchased and a driver was on his way pick up a new replacement tire. Importantly they had purchased the exact same OEM tire I had on my car, even though this was significantly more expensive than many technically equivalent options. When I expressed concern about having one new tire and one half worn tire on the same axle, they quickly agreed to contribute 75% of the cost of a second tire. I accepted. Although I had not intended or budgeted to replace any tires on my car at this time, the end result of their honesty and their willingness to 'do the right thing' was that for 25% of the cost of one tire, I now have two brand new high quality tires on my car (and it rides beautifully for it). The service itself was also performed well and the car drives (as well as rides) better for that. Again, accidents are unfortunate but they do happen and whereas many less honest service shops may have tried to quietly put a cheap replacement on and say nothing, Sallas did not and I respect them for that.

I have been a construction business owner for 35 years and performed much of my own mechanic work even longer. I am no longer able to do all the mechanical work I would like to. Sallas Automotive is one of the most professional, competent and caring service facilities I have ever used. They do work correctly and back up their service with a solid guarantee. I feel very fortunate to have such a great group of people close to where I live. I give them my strongest recommendation.

I usually get my oil changed at whatever place offers a Groupon (which is how I found Sallas Auto), but they definitely impressed me more than any other facility I've used. The staff is friendly and professional, and they take the time to explain what (if any) issues they find with your vehicle. So far I haven't needed to use them for anything beyond oil changes, but should the need arise I feel that I could trust them to do the job well and for a fair price.

They were very thorough, I would recommend them, and they did a good job!

I like this provider and have been a client of theirs for awhile. This won't keep me from going back, but I'll mention it on my next visit. I have a 2001 Subaru Forester, and I took it in to the Hickman Mills site.

They were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time. The estimate of 1 hour to do the job was accurate. The tech test drove the car while I was paying the bill. This is where I'll have all my alignments done from now on even though they aren't as convenient as a lot of other places in Overland Park.

They cater to us and always remember us, and very good work.

They do not talk down to a woman. They will bring you back home while they are doing the service and when you need to get your car they will bring you back at no charge. They are clean and very professional. They offer a womans workshop once a year at no charge and that will let a woman know why they need to take care of their car.

I have been going to Sallas for years. They always do a great job! Each customer is given their own service technician. Sallas has a AAA rating, which is difficult to obtain. They send out a monthly newsletter with tips about automobiles and what is going on in the community. If you need a car, new or used, they will offer their recommendations. I have several friends that also use their services and they are also very satisfied. This company provides great auto repair service and even holds free classes on auto repair. They have pick up and drop off service in addition to auto loaner services. They keep a computerized record of your repairs and let you know what needs to be done or their recommendations. The owners are Nick and Carla Sallas. They also have a website that you can schedule appointments and ask questions through. They respond back very promptly. At the present time they are collecting non perishable food for needy families. What a great place!!

We have been satisfied with them. They were upfront about what needed to be done. They did not over charge us.

Great customer service, but prices were a little high. I haven't had the work done yet. Even though they were high they did give me some options to go with. I didn't feel pressured into paying that price.
