They did okay. There was an issue and they have never followed up on it. I gave them feedback and they never tried to call me back. Price was comparable with everybody else. Their quality wasn't very good. The actual appointment went just fine but there was no follow-up. I'm not going to use them again.

After they put it in we were hearing a rattling and so they sent someone over to take care of that and then when we were driving the wind was very strong that you could hear something from the top of the glass. So we made another appointment and took it in and they totally replaced the entire glass.

I cannot say enough good things about Safelite. I was able to get in quickly (I went to their shop due to cold weather) and they replaced the windshield in about 2 hours. After I left Safelite and was driving on the highway I noticed a lot more ?wind? noise than I was used to. At first I was annoyed because I thought Safelite wouldn't believe me or give me trouble about wanting to get it fixed, but they just said bring it on back and we?ll take a look, and again, I got in right away. The gentleman at the front desk was very honest and apologetic and said he always believes people when they say there is road noise. He looked at my car for less than 5 minutes and knew right away there was a problem. He said he?s worked on these trucks before and the after-market molding just isn't as good as it used to be, so he ordered the factory molding right then. I was able to bring my truck back in right away to get it replaced. It?s been great ever since. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to get my problem fixed. It?s hard to find a company that is so willing to take care of their customers. 

I was prepared to personally pay, but Kyle suggested he check with my insurance company. (I had presumed incorrectly that a deductible would apply.) He phoned the insurance company and verified it was covered.
The work was done promptly within the estimated time.

I cannot say enough nice things about this experience. Professional, easy scheduling, quick repair.

I was planning to pay cash, which was about 100$ but they were able to advice me on insurance coverage. I hadn't filed a claim as I didn't want to impact my insurance rates, but this type of claim shouldn't affect my record. I would not have contacted my insurance company if the guy at Safelite hadn't been so knowledgeable. They're a preferred provider for many insurance companies and knowledgeable about the process. It took no more than 5 minutes to complete the claim and have approval to Safelite. So I had no out of pocket cost. Service was quick, and the personnel were friendly and professional. Repair includes warranty. Would absolutely recommend this provider.
