It was a long ordeal. Went into their new showrrom in Olathe to look and price new cabinets for my kitchen remoldel. Spoke with salesperson and was quoted a great price so ordered and paid for them that day (7/27/09). I was called a week later (8/3/09) and informed the sales person had made mistake and the price was 1 1/2 times the original price but the would give me 15% off that price. I said to call me back in a couple of days. No call back so I called back (8/6/09) and finally spoke to owner. We came to price I thought was fair and was told cabinets would arrive 8/19-20/09). Called to check was told would be in after 9/1/09. Finally arived 9/5/09. I must say it wasn't the best of times but will say everyone was polite and professional when we talked.

We bought the counter top from them, but it did not fit right. They took it back and made it right. The experience with them has been good and they did not take very long to finish the work. It was easy to get in touch with them and they were on time. They were clean and the price was fair.
