I've been pretty satisfied with the work that they did. They did a very credible job. I feel like I kind to know John personally and they provided a number of services for us. They put mulch around our various plantings and so forth and I think they come in, they do a pretty good job and they are out and seemed to be fairly reasonable in their pricing. That's why we've used them. I have not had occasion to use a landscaper yet this spring or summer so I have not had him back, but I would not hesitate to call him again. I really don't know that I could suggest anything that they could do better. Maybe a little bit of a follow-up after they've gone, kind of ask how the plantings have gone or something like that. He does not do that. It would be nice if he did. I think their price is certainly reasonable. I will put it that way. I didn't feel like I overpaid or excessively paid for what they did. He certainly appeared when he said he would appear.

I'm pleased with the work that was done and the crew doing it (which included the owner of the business).  Mr. Roseburrough communicates well with the customer, and he has a good eye for what will look pleasing.  The landscaping crew is polite and takes care with the work.  I believe the owner told me the truth when he said that he pays fair wages and his employee turnover is very low.  I would not hesitate to use the company again on any future landscaping projects.

John is always good about answering phone calls and scheduling. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up our yard. We have been a customer for over a year. He is a great service provider and I've recommended him to others.

John Roseburrough and crew have been trimming my shrubs once a year for many years. The price has varied somewhat depending on how much work was required ($150 - $175, for quite a few shrubs). I think it was $200 once. The services include hauling away the debris. I have always been very pleased with the work that has been performed. John is very personable and professional. Two of my neighbors also use John's services regularly. He does our jobs all the same day. I just called John again today (June 22, 2013) to schedule this year's trimming. I no longer have as many shrubs as I used to but I still have some and want John and crew to trim them.

There were some delays last year aggravated by the drought and delays in availability of some of the plants that we had chosen.  John was very responsive to our requests for low maintenance plantings and the landscaping looks great this year. 

I was scheduled within the next week. They were there as scheduled and did an excellent job.  I would use them again and again.  They do great work.

John returned my call promptly. We discussed what I needed, John quoted a price which was what I was billed. It is a pleasure having this company keep my lawn mowed. They do an excellent job, and John is very knowledgeable about landscaping.

In the spring of 2010 we asked John to create a swale in the front and back of the house for drainage purposes, bury the sump pump drain pipe and put fill dirt next to the house. Due to the weather and the fact that John does not have his own equipment for creating the swales, he was not able to start the work until the fall. In the end, the swales were not completed because the partner he works with did not have an opening to do the work we requested. John rented a trench digger to bury the sump pump pipe and he put in fill dirt. John does good work but he lacks equipment to be a full-fledged landscaper.

They were reliable and had good ideas. They tried to find ways to make things economical.

John and his crew came to my house 3 times this fall to rake and remove leaves. I live in Prairie Village and have huge trees with lots of leaves. They did a great job, and came out the last day and blew all the leaves out of the flower beds and from behind shrubs. I couldn't be more happy with the service they provided, and at such a great price. I'll definitely use Roseburrough Landscaping again!

They charge $30 to mow my yard. I don?t have to call and remind them to come out. They come when I want them to. We have fixed the schedule for them to come out once every two weeks. It?s very easy for me and there is no hassle. They leave me a bill at the end of the month and I send them a check. They do a good job and their prices are very fair. They are close to fantastic.

I've used him a lot. I was very pleased. He also does things at our rentals when I need things done.

This was our second time using Roseburrough for yard service. Called ROSEBURROUGH on Sunday to leave a message. He returned my phone call on Monday evening. We discussed the scope of work and he said he would get by within the next few days to check out the project and provide me with a quote. I heard from him a few days later with a quote of $250.00 for the entire job. Due to rain, he was delayed in getting started. But on the next Saturday morning a crew of two men, plus the owner, were outside removing leaves and mowing the lawn. Our lot is a good size (.40 acre). Our lawn looked great! They came back the following Monday to trim the bushes and junipers. The previous year we attempted to trim the four bushes ourselves, but we were unsuccessful in trimming them to the proper height nor getting the proper shape. Roseburrough did an excellent job on the bushes. They will certainly be on my list for Spring and Fall cleanup.

I had originally contacted someone else to do my yard (someone recommended by a co-worker) but, after several weeks of no-shows and no returned phone calls, I checked Angie's List and found Roseburrough Landscaping. I contacted Roseburrough Landscaping on a Monday evening, John returned my call on Tuesday and the job was completed on Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving). There was an enormous amount of leaves and I was very happy to come home Wednesday evening to find a nice, clean, "leaf-less" yard and drive. They did an awesome job!

He was prompt and polite. His crew was also polite. They did the work at an excellent price. This was an overall excellent experience. Their price was very reasonable. I would hire them again.

After multiple phone calls to get a quote, work was completed within 2 days of my approval. Leaves were removed while I was away, so it was great to come home to a clean yard! Did a great job, and disposed of some lawn waste bags I had already filled.

Overall the project went real well. John and his crew did all the work on Saturday. We re real pleased with the results.
