John strives to create classical projects with enduring value, quality and style. He personally works on each project and also works with a core group of sub-contractors. John collaborates with each client to develop the perfect design. John is dedicated to staying current on innovative techniques and methods of building and remodeling. He takes many hours of continuing education classes annually. R.O.L. Construction is insured and licensed.

Master bath was a gut and rebuild. Extensive plumbing and electrical work was required. Old tub was removed, supply and drain relocated and a walk in glass shower with vertical spa was installed. The stool was relocated and replaced with dual flush stool equipped with a wash let with a heated seat. The vanity is an attractive unit that is a piece of furniture not just a vanity. The doorway was relocated and changed from hinged to pocket. The door itself was converted and reused in the pocket to preserve the unique look in the hallway.
ROL installed heated floors in both baths. They also built recessed medicine cabinets with mirrored doors for each. A nice touch in the master bath is electric power inside the medicine cabinet. Declutters the vanity top. Floors and walls are tile and vanity tops are granite
The project was accomplished within the budget that had been prepared. Quality of work is excellent. The work was completed within the time frame I had established.
The change is astounding. Warm feet are wonderful, especially on a cold winter night.
John started on time, it took a little longer (one day) than orginally planned, but the work was excellent.
