Right Track Garage Door

The spring on my garage door broke today and I was not able to get my cars out. I called and talked to Jeff 2 hours ago and he just left, with both springs replaced and both of my garage doors tuned and operating smoothly and quietly!!!! I can not believe the responsiveness and great job that was done! I wish I could get this type of service from other home service companies. Thank you Right Track!

Jeff showed up from right track and promptly fixed all my issues. The door now functions like a brand new door and is much quieter. Great company and extremely fair on price. I would recommend them to anyone in KC needing garage door installation or repairs.

I am surprised by the fact that these guys didn't come up in the search, and it makes me kind of wonder what Angie's list is up to, and who else they have left off the list. The have done two tune ups for me, under $50 I believe, and replaced my lift when it was time to do that. They are a small self-employed business, that is easy to schedule with, shows up on time, and and are priced right. I would highly recommend.

They were great!!   Showed up on time.  Beat the prices of everyone else I got.  Installed the door right.  Opener works great!!   Found issues I had with other doors and found issues that were unsafe and fixed it.  These guys were great will use them again!!!

They are great. The person who came out was a self-employed, owner-operator-type of guy who was very nice and courteous. He got the job done in a timely manner and knew what he was doing.

A while back, I had had Right Track provide a "garage door opener tune-up." With a lot of noise and creaking due to straining on the opener, I was expecting to find that another new opener was needed.  However,  once the tune-up was performed, Tom told me that the openers were fine, the problem was the doors ... they were wood, heavy and warped.  He suggested that I get as much use out of them as I could and just keep them in mind when I did decide to replace the doors.  On March 10th, I had 2 new doors installed by Right Track and I couldn't be happier with my choice.  I'd happily recommend Right Track to anyone looking for garage door service or installation.

Because of the way Right Track handled the aforementioned situation, I called them for an estimate, along with another company, when it came time to replace the doors.  The estimate was right on, and I'm even getting better doors than one of the estimates.  I would highly recommend Right Track for anyone needing garage doors and/or service.

I'm trying to sell a home and one of the garage door openers suddenly broke.  I called Jeff and described the problem.  He was able to find the part that same day and promptly came out and fixed it. What a relief it was to get that fixed so quickly and inexpensively.  I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.  You just won't find better garage door service!!

They provided a rough estimate over the phone without needing to schedule a "consultation", because I knew exactly what I wanted.  Once I said I was interested they scheduled a time to stop by and double check measurements and give me a written quote.  They also helped me decide exactly which doors I wanted; keeping me from selecting doors that would have been overkill given the situation (saving me money).  Pricing was very good.  The day of the installation there was supposedly an issue with the supplier.  The supply house had picked the wrong doors from stock for my order, which did cause the installers to arrive late. However, they communicated the issues as soon as they found out and did what they needed to do to get things sorted out before heading my way.  They worked quickly and left the site cleaner than they found it.  They even offered me a discount off of the agreed price because my existing door seals where basically brand new and didin't need to be replaced.  They mentioned it and gave me the option of saving a few bucks.  Can't ask for much more than that!  I haven't had any issues with the doors or openers.

Jeff came out right on schedule and was courteous, professional and honest.  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but rather pointed out things to watch for in the future.  He replaced my old and worn out garage door opener with a new Lift Master opener, and even went the extra mile by accommodating my request for a multi-function wall button.  The opener functions perfectly and I am very happy and satisfied with the whole experience.  This business is trustworthy and Jeff is skilled and capable.  I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed.

These guys are the best. I've used them twice now, and in both cases they were out within a couple of hours of my calling. They are extremely reasonably priced and best of all, they don't try to sell me things I don't need. To the contrary, they discourage it. For instance, they've told me not to replace my ancient garage door opener. "Run it until it dies," they've told me. I strongly recommend them!
