Rico Lane Heating & Air Conditioning

In Missouri we have experienced excessive heat and drought that proved to be the ending of the life of the fan motor on my exterior home air conditioner compressor unit. Rico Lane, owner-operator was referred to me by a friend. Mr. Lane kept in prompt and continuous communication with me until we were able to work around my chaotic schedule to set a day and time for him to arrive. Mr. Lane made a prior trip to inspect and assess the unit. When he arrived to do the actual work, he was prompt, explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He had no difficulty in working while I watched and held conversation with him as he worked (a mark of experience and expertise). He did need to take a trip to the hardware store to pick up some replacement bolts needed, but still completed the task of replacing the fan motor, checking the freon level and replacing the compressor cannister in roughly 90 minuets to 2 hrs. Upon settling up the receipt and fees, Mr. Lane prepared the receipt form (printed, triplicate RCA format) by hand including his 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship with FREE return trips as needed to resolve any possible issues within that year. He also gave me reasonable terms to complete the payment "net 30-days after paying 65% of the bill at the time of service. The service was completed with a firm, professional hand shake.
