Shane was great to work with, from the initial meeting to completion. Everything he said he would do, he did. Always in contact. He installed a backflow, sump pump, replaced two drains, moved and replaced stand pipe and washer & dryer pipe. It took 3 guys 3 days to complete it all, quite the project. Their price was much better than the 5 other bids I received.

Both instalations went just fine. Both were rush jobs and they were very accommodating in getting us fit into the schedule. Price was very resonable as others were quoting at least 50% higher than what we paid. Nice folks to work with. Replies promptly and professional.

. I noticed a problem with water damage around the entrance of my main
water supply line while have foundation repair done. I called and they
came out to give me an estimate in less than 24 hours. They told me that
they would get the permits and call for the utilities to be marked and
be back at 7 or 7:30 the next morning. Steve showed up on time, and
before the gas company had even marked for the gas line! The excavation
was minimal and they were able to hydro-bore which meant no trench.
Steve and Shawn were both very pleasant and efficient. I really
appreciate the work and how fast they were able to take care and fix my
problem. I can't say enough about this company. His wife Mary Lou is
very personable and professional. Excellent company to have handle my
problem at a very stressful time. Thanks.

We have been using them for years. They have done some big projects for us. They are out go to people. They are very fair in their pricing and they are so gracious. I adore them. The owners are wonderful people.

I liked everything about them, but sometimes they are a little hard to get a hold of. Don't call them in an emergency because they're not an overnight service or 24/7, but if you have some stuff that needs to be done you might call them to have them come out to take a look. Mrs. Rice is the one that has been out here during the both times that we used them and she's real cordial and friendly and does a pretty good job.

They were on time and cleaned up after they were done. their prices for this job seemed to be right in line for this kind of job.

They were terrific and I got great work from them. I bought an old house that had a problem with the sink drain pipe. Water was trying to flow up instead of down. The gentleman from Rice Plumbing came and showed me what was wrong and gave me two options. He told me that I could either opt for a stop-gap measure at less cost that would probably last for 4-5 years or I could spend the extra money and have it done permanently. I chose to have it done permanently. He got it done and it works perfectly. They were here on time. He was very sympathetic to my situation about not wanting to spend too much money but wanting to get the best service.

Rice Plumbing Sewer and Drain Company completed the installation of a new garbage disposal within an hour. They arrived at our home in less time than they had told me. Plus, they went above and beyond. Realizing that I am a caregiver for my stroke survivor husband, Mary Lou Rice showed me how to change a toilet seat, after I had paid them for the garbage disposal. Then I showed her and her employee a problem drain in my laundry room in the basement and they returned the next day for free to run the drain and determine the problem.

Showed up on time, cleaned up well after themselves and were gone! It was a great experience and i have not needed to call them back yet! I will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend.

They are very efficient. They get in and do their job and go about their business. They get the job done, then have you come look at it. They are a husband and wife team, and they do all their own work. They also provide firm quotes in writing before the work begins, and they offer senior citizens discounts.
