It went very well. I dealt with Mark and he is very professional and knows his product. Our old windows were metal tear outs and was taking quite a bit of time. Mark sent in extra people to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They were very detailed with the finishings inside and out.
My Mother used Mark / ReTek to replace her windows about five years ago and has been satisfied with the performance of the windows so I knew I could trust Mark / ReTek. Also, my Mother unfortunately had somebody attempt to break into her house through the new ReTek windows. They DID NOT get into the house. The security feature of the windows paid off and Mark sent out a crew to fix the window and replace the screen at no cost.
I still have two big windows and three sliding doors to replace. I will, without a doubt, be calling Mark at ReTek when I am ready to complete the project.
