Kevin was the only contractor (we asked 4 for estimates) that provided pictures of his prior projects with references for each. He was very helpful with suggestions for design changes which really enhanced our original vision. We are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Kevin and plan to use him for future projects.

He did not put the trim back in one of the bathrooms, 2. he did not shave the doors in both of the bathrooms, 3 he did not seal the grannet counters in the kitchen, 4. he failed to correct the back splash title where he original made a mistakes, 5 he did not remount the microwave. 6 he failed to correct the grout in the granite and he did not put the scribe modeling on the granite counter as promise ( he told me if I purchased the scribe modeling he would install it) . He also did follow through with installing the new kitchen (all of the plumbing).7 He failed clean up after himself ( he left a ton of dry mortar in the garage) , and it seems he has no intentions of fixing these problems. I have contact him 13 times and 2 of those time in person, and I still have not received a response from him. I had paid him extra 300 dollar to even finish the work,

"THE HOMEOWNERS COMPLAINTS AREN'T ACCURATE. I'VE BEEN DOING TILE FOR 10 YRS. I'VE NEVER HAD A MAJOR COMPLAINT ON ANY OF MY WORK. THERE WAS 3 DOORWAYS ON THIS JOB I TRIMMED EVERY ONE. I ALWAYS SEAL MY GROUT FREE OF CHARGE THE FIRST TIME I COMPLETE THE WORK. ON THE PLUMBING& ON THE COUNTERTOP, I EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THIS IS AN EXTRA COST FOR THE SINK HOOKUP. SHE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THIS ITEM. ALL GROUT WAS TOUCHED UP BEFORE I SEALED COUNTERTOP. I INSTALLED 2 HEATED FLOORS FOR CUSTOMER WHICH WORKS FINE. I GAVE THE CUSTOMER MULTIPLE ADVICE FOR HER MOTHER'S HOUSE. I'M VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL MY WORK. AND I HAVE A NEWSPAPER STORY WRITTEN IN THE KC STAR IN 2004 ABOUT MY GRANITE COUNTERTOP WORK. MY WORK COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY CONTRACTORS IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA."
