I had a broken spring on my garage door one day prior to snow storm. Even though they were booked, they worked me in and replaced both springs same day. As a bonus they informed me that my particular door had a lifetime warranty and only charged me labor to replace the springs. As a double bonus, the service technician Leon, finished the job efficiently, reviewed maintenance, and even lubricated wheels and hinges for me. So happy and satisfied with this company and would recommend it to anybody.

until I start having problems again, if that happens. I opted to just have the adjustment done. I had some questions about what appeared to me to be structural problems that looked like they were affecting the way the garage door was attached to the ceiling. He said that everything was fine and explained what was going on with the house. I felt much better after talking with him and now won't worry anymore about the garage door falling. The service person was Leon, and he was very pleasant and professional to work with. Thanks, Leon!!

Installed new garage doors.

I called Renner to inquire about the make and model of opener I wanted. I said I would like to schedule an appointment for the installation. He was very nice and recommended that a salesman come out and measure/check because it would be terrible if the installer came out and the opener would not fit or work. I called the salesman and told him that the store suggested that he come out and measure/check to be sure it would fit. He asked me the size of my garage door and he said and quot;It will work!and quot; and and quot;Noand quot; he didn't need to come out and measure/check. He said someone would call me back with a final price and to schedule the installation. After several days I had not received a call so I called him back. Someone finally called me to schedule the installation. The installer came out and started to work and then told me that the opener would not fit. The track needed to be cut and he did not have the tools to cut a belt driven track. Therefore, he would have to come back. I asked if he could come back that same day since I had already taken vacation but he said and quot;noand quot;. He came back out another day to install the opener He brought the tools with him to cut the track. He sprayed my garage floor with silicone spray and there is a large brown stain on my garage floor that will not come up, he got greasy hand prints on the inside and outside of the garage door, and washed his hands in my bathroom and left everything greasy and dirty. I could not get the brown stain off my garage floor. He said he had nothing to clean it with either. AND...to make matters even worse...he cut the track too short! So...he said he would have to cut a new track in the shop and come back out a THIRD TIME to install it. I asked if he could come back out that same day and again he said and quot;noand quot;. He came back out for the third time and finished the installlation. I paid the bill and wrote a letter of complaint to the manager. They immediately sent someone to my house to check it out. They said they wanted to make things right but I never heard back from them again.

My experience with Renner Supply Company was very good. They were very responsive when I called. They call back about the appointment and the servicing was on-time. They did the job quickly.

We are landlords and have used Delden Manufacturing / Renner Supply many times before. This time, at a 4-plex, one of the garage doors was bent and had some broken parts on the inside, and two other doors had outside handles that had been broken off. I called on a Tuesday and explained the problems. They made an appointment on that Friday to replace the door and handles. I believe it was Kevin I talked to, but not sure, and he gave us an estimate on the cost of the door and the two handles. He stated if we took the old door down we could eliminate a $30 charge. He even explained how to do this. He showed up on time even with it slightly raining. He got the new door up and the handles changed in less than an hour. He even gave us a can of spray lubricant for the springs and pulleys and told us we should spray these annually. We had a man to take the old garage door away so that wasn't an issue, but he would have if we needed him too.

From start to finish, the people at Renner were true professionals. The salesman answered our questions and provided an accurate estimate. The installers were friendly and efficient. We are thrilled with the doors and openers, as well as with the service we got from Renner. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I noticed my 16 year old wood doors were have a lot of moisture issues in the lower two panels and decided to replace with a metal door. I saw an add for Amarr doors at Costco and called for an estimate. Costco contacted Renner Garage door Company to provide the quote. The salesman from Renner came out and provided brochures and pricing for several options. After comparing to other competitor models and quotes I selected a door model from Renner. We settled on a price and options and I ordered the doors. Several weeks later when the doors were available they called and scheduled the installation. During the installation the installer had difficulty and it didn't go well. Several of the panels were scratched and the doors didn't open and close smoothly. I called Renner and talked to the General Manager. He came out and reviewed the problems with me and he agreed that the installation was not properly done. To his credit he resolved the issues to my satisfaction and was apologetic about the situation. The doors look great and have many favorable comments from friends and neighbors.

They did a good job and we were very pleased with them. They were very punctual, did what they said they were going to do and the product seems to be what we expected. We spent around $1,000 for that work.

We signed up at Costco for a visit from a salesman. We knew that we had an uneven garage floor which would make it difficult for the bottom of the door to seal tightly. My husband pointed this out to the salesman during his visit and the following addition was written on the sales order: "Installation company guarantees no light around door (sides, top, and bottom)." The installers arrived a few minutes early on the appointed day and said right away that there would be a gap under the door. They had not been told about the uneven floor. They completed the installation with the materials they had and contacted their boss about the gap. They returned two days later and replaced the weatherstrip on the bottom of the door with a thicker type, which filled the gap. The door seemed to work fine at the time, but within a few days we started to have problems with the garage door opener (which was not part of this purchase). The door would stop moving several times during opening and required manual assistance to continue. We called Renner and they sent a service man to make an adjustment to the sensitivity of the opener. We are now pleased with the door and its operation.

When I called Renner Supply, I liked how all the options and prices where explained to me. I also liked how they were able to come out the next day to install my new garage door opener. They called before coming out and got right to work. The job was finished in about an hour, and the new opener works perfectly, very quiet.

He was absolutely great. He is extremely good at creative problem solving for our custom job. He sent out someone to measure the garage base and the people that were sent out to do the various tasks were are great at their job. His work force is very capable. They made some very good suggestions, like industrial rails for two reasons. The doors were very heavy and that residential rails would be visible from the street and be unattractive. This company knows that the home owner does not know much about the job and offers all the information needed to make the best decision. I am very thankful for that because I would have been unhappy with the residential rails. I think that this company is great because every house presents its own unique situations and they are all capable of giving the product and results we wanted. Most importantly they stand behind their work. At one point we had a problem with the cedar facing was delaminating and they came out and took care of it several years after the original installation at no charge. This is a first rate company. They don't just say what you want to hear and they will be there for you for the life of the work. My job was a custom job, but they do also do generic jobs with standard installations.

Great job. Leon (serviceman) was pleasant, informative, prompt and efficient. Work was done well. Charges were clear and what I expected. Service was scheduled for the same day that I called.

Door installation went well and the installer was knowledgeable and friendly. It took him about 5 hours to install both doors.
