I needed somebody because not everybody knows how to do this kind of roof, it's kind of tricky. It was hard work, and he did it really cheap for me. Part of it is I hold them to a really high standards, because I know they're really good. They did a great job.

Terry, the owner, came out and inspected my roof.  I appreciated that I saw him, not a sales person (in their 20/30s) looking for a commission like so many of the big name roofers in the Kansas City Area.  Terry explained what was happening with my roof and we went over the options.  In the end, I opted to repair the roof.  The other "big name" companies didn't even give me that choice.  I do realize that I will have to replace my roof in several years.  But for now, we have had three big rains and I have not seen an ounce of rain near my ceiling or chimney.  If you want an honest contractor, give Terry a call.

They came out within a week and checked our roof for any problems including the area where we had noticed a leak. They gave

us an estimate over the phone and also faxed us a copy. When we decided to have them do the work we ran in to some delays

due to the weather. However even with that they were able to get out within a reasonable amount of time to do the work. They

arrived when they said they would and were very professional. Terry talked to me and said that he would be checking the roof

again and would talk to me about his findings. He did find a couple of additional problems when he was up there and talked to me

about them. When we had discussed all the problems he and his crew immediately started the work and were able to complete

the work that day. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and his attention to the details. Terry and his

crew were very polite and respectful. I was pleased with the work and the professionalism and would definitely recommend

Reliable Roofing provided a thorough estimate of the work that needed to be completed. In addition to hail damage, they also noted damage to the shingles consistent with what's required for a warranty claim. They helped us complete a warranty claim and obtained the necessary samples to substantiate that claim.

Removal of the old shingles and installation of the new shingles went exactly as promised. They noted that our roof could benefit from additional bracing in the attic. After showing my husband what they identified as deficiencies, we had them add bracing in our attic too.

We were extremely pleased with the products they offered and the quality of their work. The company owner was on-site daily. Based on our experience, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and family.

All went very well. The bid was very competitive and clear compared to others we had received. This company is local with their
own crew. They did a very good job and cleaned up well after themselves. All went as it was supposed to.
