Quick response and courteous

In the past, we had been using three portable humidifiers throughout our home to deal with the dryness caused by electric heat. When they broke at the end of last year, we determined it was time to look into a whole house humidifier. We had received a bid from another HVAC company but it was $300 more money and with only a one year warranty. Reece gave us a bid for a humidifier with a 10 year warranty.
Their technician was so pleasant, prompt and did a splendid job installing it and then instructing us on it's use and maintenance. We are grateful to have found a superb HVAC company and we will definitely be using them again. It is so great to work with people who understand the meaning of customer service.

8I am so happy to find this Hand C company. I called before office hours and the phone was answered! They called back at 8:00 and made an appointment for that afternoon. The technician was very thorough, polite and efficient. He discovered the problem, fixed it, and made sure it wouldn't happen again. Compared to other experiences I have had with other Hand C companies, this one was a joy. For example, he did NOT try to sell me a part that and quot;could go out anytimeand quot; and that he and quot;just happened to have on the truck, so it would save a service call.and quot; I didn't bite and my furnace is still working fine. All my daughter's neighbors use Reece and from now on, I will too.

When they came out initially they've found the problem that the other air conditioner company missed and they showed it to me. I just like their professionalism and I've had another issue recently and the guy was here for probably an hour trying to figure out what was going on. But what I liked about them is that they replaced a wrong sized transformer that a technician has put in and he didn't charge me for work. They were very responsive to my needs. I would recommend them.

The receptionist making the appointment was both courteous and professional. The technician arrived on time and performed the work in a timely and knowledgeable fashion. Overall, an excellent experience.

They were always very prompt about coming out. We have been pretty happy with them and they have done good work.

They also do repairs and check all the components regularly as our heater and air conditioner is ten years old. I am pleased with their services. They are conscientious. Their staff is good. I would recommend them to others.

They ordered the correct part and put it in with out me even noticing. They left a card on the door to let me know that they had completed the work. Very nice.

They helped us try to fix our old heater a few times. They were really responsive in coming out really quickly and any time we needed them. They finally put in a new heater. We have had no problems and have been really happy with that. They were prompt. They came out when they said they would. Any issues we have had they have always been really responsive to.
