The plumber arrived within 1 hour after making the appointment. Michael was courteous, prompt and got right to work to unclog the kitchen drain. I was very impressed with Reddi Rot'r both in service and price. I would definitely use them again for a plumbing problem.

It took a couple hours to arrive. Although he was professional, I don't think the company was necessarily honest in their pricing. It would have been nice if I could have a company that did not charge me $200 for 45 minutes worth of work.
