The job went great, Kevin put in the outside cleanout and he did it quickly and charged me less than others wanted to charge and he seemed like a good guy. Jeremy opened up my slow main line and he did a great job also. Thanks guys

It went fine except I asked for a quote and they went ahead and did the work. I was not there to stop them and get the quote.

They were at our house within an hour of calling on a Saturday. They explained everything they were doing and answered questions I had. They did a great job. It is guaranteed for 90 days. Price is half of Roto-rooter. Only con is that the wheels of the snake machine left spots on the carpet that I had to clean up.

The plumber arrived on time and went right to work. The plumber (Zack) repeated the rooting process as he was not pleased with the initial result. There was no charge and the drain has been running well since. If we need plumbing help in the future we'll call Razor Rooter and request Zack.

It went well. I can use my washer, wash my dishes and flush my toilet without sewage in my laundry room.

Our toilet in our main bathroom was running very slow and would not drain properly. I had spent a awhile before we called trying to fix it myself. Ran two different snakes, baking soda and vinegar and a few other ideas, with no success. I came to the conclusion that my 1-1/2 year old Grandson had dropped something in. We called on a Saturday and they said they could make it that day. They showed up after calling and went to work. I told him what I thought the issue was, but couldn't be sure. He repeated my snake process then pulled the toilet up and snaked the drain. After he found nothing he told me that he thought my toilet was worn out. I told him that was a new one to me. I knew the guts went bad, but the toilet? Especially one that is only 5 years old. He suggested buying a new toilet then he reset the toilet and he gave me a bill for $262.50. He did give me the $5 wax ring for free. After he left, I pulled the toilet back up and looked at the toilet. Almost immediately, I found the toy lodged in the trap of the toilet. I resolved the problem and now it works fine. Not one time did the guy look at the toilet when he had it off. Not too thorough!! I was pretty miffed. I finally called a week later and said I just wanted to let them know what happened and that I wasn't happy. She took our number and looked at the invoice. She told me she would notify the supervisor, and that was it. Have not heard from them since. I will not use them again, nor recommend them.

Job went well

No toilets or any water could be run through the lines because the sewer line was clogged. Called Razor Rooter at 8:30PM on thursday night and they showed up 45 minutes later and fixed the problem. We were charged $116 for the fix and another company whose initials were 'RR' wanted to charge us $298 because we called after 7 PM. RR what a bunch of bums. Razor Rooter, thanks for your great, fast and friendly service.

It went great. He asked questions and said what needed to be done. He was correct. Did the job swiftly.

I called on a Sunday expecting an appointment for Monday. Repairman came out that evening and it appeared the pipe under the basement floor might be broken due to mud on the snake. Did not charge for visit but set up to have another person come out to determine how to re-run drain line. Kevin offered solution to breaking up the concrete and reran the drain which included a connection to the basement sink. Very fair price for labor and materials involved. Razor Rooter will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Unbelievable easy. Jeremy was prompt, professional and effective. He came on Sunday and was done in 30 minutes. Price was great, very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again. A++++

Jeremy came out to fix my drain problem the same morning I called (and I'm 25 minutes away!). He figured out the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly, and ALSO checked all toilets, sinks, tubs just to be sure there were no blocks there. Very friendly and helpful. He told me how to prevent this in the future, and he cleaned up any remaining water/gunk for me before he left. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them if it happens again!!
