 + -1 moreI bought my vacuum at this service store about 8 years ago at a reasonable price and was provided a yearly maintenance service at no cost other than any costs for parts. The $10 noted in this report was for stock up on bags and belts. It's a one-person shop and he is always very courteous and on time with promised pick-up date. I ended up buying the vacuum out of frustration with a retail chain's sales dept. and because I wanted to support a local company. I am so glad that I did! I am very happy with the vacuum and it will likely last a long time and so will my relationship with this company. When the vacuum finally does give out, I'll be buying another one from this shop.
