Ray Cochran and Company LLC

The carpet got cleaned but was not professional looking (actually, i wouldn't have let him in not knowing who he was). I thought it would be one price but he said part of the spot treatment was not included (special) or something. He didn't carry his own tanks of water, he filled the tanks from my kitchen sink (many times) - he was nice, i just would not use him again.

They arrived first thing in the morning with a full crew to begin work. They were very organized, very polite, and extremely conscientious. To avoid damage to our new sod, they did the majority of the work by hand; a full crew with shovels and lots of digging. I know the job would have been much easier and quicker if they had used their big machinery but Tom Cochran (the owner) made every effort to do no damage to our grass. When they did have to use the bobcat, they laid heavy rubber mats down where the bobcat would be driven to protect the yard as much as possible. The entire crew seemed happy and worked very well together.
As the job was coming to completion, I was astonished to see the guys laying sod (that had been previously dug up) around the edges of the sidewalk, patio, and drain tile. I'm quite sure that was not included in the bid and most companies would not even think of doing it, but they did. Wow!
Ray Cochran and Company went above and beyond! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.
