RATLIFF GUTTER SUPPLY CO

They did an awesome job. I had requested a sample of the guttering for the color and had my trim paint matched so it looks great also.  We have had a few rains and no issues.

I went with this company because of the reviews i saw on this list, however my experience with this company was poor. The company was extremely prompt in getting me a bid to clean the gutters, but that is all that went well. I asked for a bid to do some repairs, which they did not include. Setting up the appointment for the service was unusual. When the man came to clean the gutters he did never let me know when he was done, and left without collecting money... so i then had to send a check. I discovered that the down spouts on both siides of my house were still coompletely clogged. i called to inform the company about the poor service and said that i didnt want to leave negative feedback. A man came out and checked the gutters and agreed that the downspouts hadnt been touched and said he would send them same guy out to do the job right. My feeling was if the guy didnt do the job right the first time, why would I want the same worker to return? The owner agreed to send someone else out to do the job right. About a week later I was startled when I heard pounding sounds on the roof of my house. The company was doing the work, but they never let me know they were there first. I think it is very unprofessional for a worker to come work on the house and not let the homeowner know first. Maybe they would do better for a bigger job and the customer would receive higher priority, but e customer service i received was poor.

Hieman Development said they do not do gutter work and that they would contact Ratliff to remove and replace the gutter. Weather was against us getting the job done but as soon as the rain stopped Ratliff was here and removed the gutter without me even being aware they were here. The fascia was replaced and then the rain came again so the gutters could not be reinstalled until the dry weather showed up. It is dry today and Ratlift was here at 8AM and had the new gutter intalled by 9AM and the job looks very good. They even adjusted a piece of starter strip that had gotten out of place.
Very impressed with the service from Ratliff.
