Ramirez Roofing & Repair, LLC began as a local, family owned roofing company in 1993. What started as a small roofing sub-contractor for larger roofing companies grew as word spread quickly about the quality of of our work and the great customer service - before, during and after the job was completed. Before we knew it, we had 30 crews providing roofing and emergency repair services to several of the largest roofing companies in the greater Kansas City Metro. 24 years later, Ramirez Roofing continues to provide services to other companies while we have grown to become one of the most respected roofing companies in our own right. We have always remained true to our original commitment of world-class customer service, built on reliability through quality workmanship and attention to detail. Upon completion, every job is personally inspected by the project manager and the owner. Today we continue to provide roofing services to other roofing companies, as well as to our own residential and commercial roofing customers by remaining true to our original commitment of service excellence, built on reliability through quality of work and attention to detail.

It was great, they removed 3 layers of roofing and put decking and new roofs and finished the job in 2 days.

We were very pleased from start to finish. The estimate was done quickly and the price for a new roof was fair. We had 7 estimates from different companies and this company was one of the more affordable. The roof was replaced quickly and professionally. I was surprised at how well they cleaned up. The roof looks great! They were even very helpful and informative when we were uncertain about color. Great job!

After going thru several contractors, for bids for roof and gutters replacement, I found Ramirez Roofing and Repairs LLC, to be the most responsible. Manager and Workers were Very courteous, Very Professional, and Very Prompt in providing quality service at a competitive price. I would definitely not hesitate in using this company again.

Other than an interuption because of the weather, the replacement went smoothly and matched the estimate replacement time provided. Doug was always quick to return phone calls if he wasn't able to answer, and encouraged calls if we had questions. During his estimate, he brought up things we hadn't thought of (since it was the first time we had a roof replaced), such as the workers being employed by the company and only do work for Ramirez, not them using a sub crew that work for any company that hires them. (He didn't mention or suggest other companies by name in our area that might use sub crews, so I can't say for sure that other companies don't also do what they do since they didn't mention it in their own estimate) He was the only company that provided copies of insurance, workers compensation, and permits to work with his presentation, so we didn't have to ask for those, and the price was very competetive. While it's only been a short time, there haven't been any leaks.

The roof on our home had been installed by Ramirez Roofing before we moved in, and the roof had a limited lifetime warranty. We needed a roof vent installed for our remodeled master bath, and we contacted Ramirez to see if they could take care of this for us. Not only was Carol amazingly responsive, but they performed the project for free. We were told that if we had someone else install the roof vent, it would void our warranty—something we hadn't even considered! The whole thing seemed too good to be true, but sure enough, someone came over within a matter of days and took care of the vent at no charge. We had the vent itself installed already...just handed the roof vent kit to Porfirio, told him where we wanted the vent hole, and he went to work. He was done in less than an hour. Ramirez Roofing is clearly a business run by professional, honest, hard working people. Would definitely hire them again if needed!

the installation went off without a hitch, the product was delivered when they said it would , the crew showed up on time and did not quite until all the work was done, the crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day, the work was top quality and our house stands out from all the others in the neighborhood

Good work crews. Had to battle inclement weather, but this was handled well. Good communications. Nice crew of workers. Would have appreciated more care taken during teardown, although damage done was satisfactorily handled at end of job with no problems. Overall very pleased with the whole experience.

Ramirez Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with the company. My insurance company would not pay for a new roof, only repair it. Then when I got a bid from Mr. Ramirez, he immediately saw that my roof had two layers of shingles---which the insurance adjustor and ALL THE OTHER ROOF COMPANIES missed!
I was able to resubmit my claim and get my roof replaced because of Mr. Ramirez. We dealt with either the owner of the company Mr. Ramirez or his son. They were very helpful and when I finally got the insurance check---the roof was done in TWO DAYS.
Finally, the bid from Ramirez was far more reasonable than any other company.

Within in one day the crew was able to remove 3 layers of old roof and replace with a new one. The crew was fast, professional and more importantly did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would use Ramirez Roofing again if I need a new roof or repair.

Mr Ramirez gave us a price to replace our roof that was much less than others. Ordinarily, I do not choose a contractor by price alone, but he recently replaced four other roofs on the block and was recommended by neighbors. Crews were at our house promptly every morning and worked very hard. The work took a couple of days longer than planned because the old skylights were not a standard size. In fact, each skylight varied an inch in size, so each replacement had to be custom made. Mr. Ramirez was responsive to my calls and emails, the job was completed in a short time and the results are great. We are happy with the results and the price.

They did a great job. The state form extorted a new roof out of me last year and we did not really need a new roof. They told us to either get a new roof or they will drop me. I called them and they came out and got the roof done and were very inexpensive. They did a great job and got a leak and I have like a 5 year warranty, so I called them back and tried to find them. It turns out that he has been invited for tax fraud. He is probably not around.

When he did the roof on the house, my wife was so happy with them that she gave them 500 dollars as bonus. He not only was substantially cheaper than anybody else, but the work was exceptional, the guys were very good and worked from early morning to late evening without taking any breaks. Many of them did not speak English, but, they were all extraordinarily nice guys and just did an outstanding job.
