He is very professional and thorough. He does very good work. Everything he has done works well. He never has to redo anything. He is so easy to work with and not a bit intrusive. He can be hard to get in touch with because he is in such demand. He has a very good work ethic.

I called them for an estimate, and they took 3 weeks to return my call. When he did call back, he came out and seemed very nice. However, he didn't give me an estimate on the spot, but said he would put it in the mail. It's been 5 weeks now, and I have nothing from them.
