QUALITY WOOD PRODUCTS INC

Some of the cabinets were built to the wrong height. The cabinets were all late, delaying the project significantly and causing us many issues. When they arrived, several of the doors were wrong and had to be re-made. They "dribbled" in over a period of several days. The pantry roll out trays were the wrong length and had to be re-made, causing Mr. Remodeler to return to the site for installation several days after the rest of the project was finished.

Awful.  Salesman/designer seemed reasonable and capable, but apparently company has ZERO communication between sales and the people who build the cabinets. They got nothing right.  Nothing.  I even loaned the actual sink to them to be properly fitted and I also loaned them a drawer face and a door face so they could match style, color, and finish. They did nothing right the first go around. Some of the cabinets took three tries to get close to being acceptable. In addition, when project started going badly no one would take my calls, nor reply. People did not show up when scheduled and several times, out of the blue, some workman would be at the front door with absolutely zero notice. I also caught them in stupid lies when they were trying to make excuses. I understand it is difficult to match existing cabinets, but these people were so far off the first couple tries it was ridiculous.  And there was no excuse for screwing up the island so badly.  On the island, when they tried to fix their inexcusable mistakes, it was a total kludge and I ended up having big rough holes cut into the insides and losing storage space and not being able to put outlets where planned.  Disaster. They didn't deliver when I was told and no one even bothered to tell me.  This happened multiple times. I can't say enough bad things about how this job was handled. After tons of stress and tears and TIME, they finally got a product that was close to what was designed (again, island is a giant kludge), but result is not worth the agony this company put me through.

Poorly.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY PROMPT, ALWAYS RETURNING CALLS. GREAT CRAFTMANSHIP! IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE STAFF WAS VERY TALENTED. THE INSTALLATION SERVICE WAS AMAZING!

HIGH QUALITY WORK. THE WORKERS WERE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.

BRUCE HAD THE CABINETS DESIGNED, BUILT AND INSTALLED DURING A TWO MONTH PERIOD OF TIME. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL AND THE HOMEOWNER WAS HAPPY.
