He uses a non-detergent process, which smells like citrus. There is no soapy residue remaining.  We had some really nasty stains from sick children, and he was able to remove them with no problems.  There were also some stains in our basement that had been there for years.  For Tim, this was a easy stuff.  
He had done our main living area along the furniture upholstery once before.  We were so pleased that we had no question, but to call him again.  We had used other bigger well known cleaning companies that you see advertised on TV all the time.  Every single time they would come, it would take days for the carpet to dry.  On those occasions with other companies, we noticed all the bad stains were still remaining or returning.
Not with Tim and Pro Carpet Care.  Most of the carpet in the house was completely dry within 3-5 hours.  The really high traffic areas of the home don't have that dingy appearance that remained after other carpet cleaning companies.  It all looks good.  I'm not sure which is better: knowing that the carpet looks great, or knowing that I didn't pay way too much money for service that was sub-par.
