They were able to schedule the work within a week. They did a very thorough job and removed several stains I didn't think would come out - paint, makeup, etc. The carpet dried quickly and looks great. The actual cost was somewhat lower than I expected. I had used this company about 3 years ago and was impressed enough with their quality that I remembered the name and wanted to use them again. I'm glad I did!
