The tile is not how it should be; the tiles are cracked in the grout. I called the owner once and left a message and did not hear back. He had a job that cancelled so he was able to do mine right away. He was a friendly guy but when I called him back about the grout that was cracking I never heard back. I will not use them again in the future.

"Member I discussed with you when i arrived at your home that i would not be responsible for the outcome of your backsplash as i had not dealt with the self adhesive glass product before. Furthermore you installed the tile and it was not attached well and falling off when i arrived. I would sincerely apologize and correct the situation if it were my fault or if i felt i had misled you in any way but i am sure this was and is not the case. As i stated you installed the tile and were fairly warned of the possible outcomes. If it pleases you I would be generous enough to apply the $100 i received toward the installation of a new tile backsplash.There is no cash value in this offer and would only apply if Pros Tile does the work. Please feel free to contact me but know i am currently booking the last 2 weeks of January."

He was real particular and had a lot of detail in his work. He is really specific in telling me exactly what he was going to do. Instead of just saying we're going to come in and do the tile he said we're going to do this, this, and this. I thought his price was comparable to several other companies that we had bid on the job.
