They charge $189 and service my furnace for the winter and my air conditioning for the summer. They did a good and I was satisfied and would use them again.

They were working with an older system and I think they did the best they could. They worked diligently and tried to satisfy me and I think the age of the faucet played a factor. I just don't get enough hot water back there.

We have a service plan with this company and have had for many years. Anytime we have had a problem, someone is out to resolve the problem the same day that the request for service was made. Our AC just went out (19 years old, temp in upper 80's-low 90's). Within 3 days a new unit was installed (when the typical wait list was 3 weeks long.) The president of the company came out to help us choose a new unit for our size home and our future plans to stay or move. He was friendly, courteous, and got us on the schedule as quickly as possible. One year our furnace went out during Christmas--Christmas Eve to be exact. They were there, a new unit was installed promptly. I cannot recommend a company more highly.
