I was referred to Tracy and PRC Home Services after obtaining several bids for a concrete floor solution for my basement. I had ruled out hardwood and carpet due to the risk of water in that area. Tracy's company wasn't part of my original bids, but entered the process when the original low bid left the area. Tracy took the time to discuss the project and answer questions about the flooring product and later brought over some sample boards. He was extremely helpful and patient with us as we tried to match colors and textures to our liking. Tracy shared our vision and had great suggestions throughout the entire process. He and another worker prepared the concrete, repaired any floor cracks and applied a skim coat, color coat and sealer in two living areas and a bathroom. The trim lines are removed prior to the seal and give the floor a finished look. We love the results and get so many complements on it. I couldn't be happier with the results.
