POTTERY BARN

They did a good job. I did an online design, delivered it right to my house and put it right where I wanted it. They wore gloves. This is what they call white glove deliver. They put a slip cover on, pull all the cushions off, and take all the stuff away. It was a really good price.  The service was great, it took a few calls since I work in healthcare. They gave me the window I needed to accommodate me which was a narrow one for my delivery time. The truck drive called 15 mins before he came, came to the door and checked the entrance way. I thought the price was killer good for what they did, I did not have to lift a finger. They wore gloves and booties. There was a bunch of wrappings and they took it all away, I did not have to deal with that. They were great. They had to call me more then once and saying when do you want it, we have it. They were right on time, exactly when they said and in the window I needed.

POTTERY BARN USES AN OUTSIDE SERVICE FOR THEIR FURNITURE DELIVERY. POTTERY BARN SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. THE DELIVERY SERVICE CONTACTED ME TO CONFIRM. THEY ALSO CALLED ME AT WORK AN HOUR BEFORE THEY EXPECTED TO BE AT MY HOME, SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT AROUND ALL DAY. THE BED TURNED OUT TO BE DAMAGED BUT BOTH POTTERY BARN AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS TO GET ME A NEW BED.
