We have a cat on prescription food and are out of state for the holiday.  The person we made arrangements with could not get the garage door opener to work and did not have a key (they're both with us).  Jim (the owner for the Kansas City Pop-A-Lock) was able to meet our friend at the house and remake a key from a picture we texted them this morning.  Being the Thanksgiving Holiday we fully expected to pay a premium, however our cat needed her food.  We were pleasantly surprised when he quoted $120 over the phone last night and then only billed us $100 because he was able to make a key on site.  In addition, he was 15 minutes early to make sure our friend was able to get to her family by mid-morning.
