They were punctual.  The quality of the work was good.  The price was right on what I thought it was going to be; it was fair.  They were good about coming in and cleaning up their mess.  They came right when they said they were going to be here. 

Taken care of, and DONE! 

That's what I need in a plumber - someone who only wants and needs to come to my house once.  I am a big fan of those kinds of service providers.

As with everyone, our time is valuable to us - on both sides of the equation.

I found a 3/4 inch copper join leaking in my basement around 7:40 am.  I called Patriot Plumbing and Bob Purnell answered the phone.  We scheduled a same day service for the afternoon and Bob arrived on time.  Bob replaced a short section of copper pipe and repaired the leaky join.

I rated Price as N/A since I didn't shop around.   I have used Patriot Pluming once before and know he is prompt to respond and does good work. 

I spent about $235 on the job. Their work was excellent. I liked everything about them. The gentleman, who came out, was very prompt and very professional. Everything went very well. I would use this company again in the future.

Sinks clogged on 4/29/11 and I left a few messages for plummers.  4/30/11 admitted to hospital and did't call any companies for 4 days. I am released from hospital on 5/2/11 and upon returning home, I started calling again.  The first call was answered by a live person and they had the drains open by 1:00 pm.

Our 18-year-old water heater started leaking, so we called several plumbers for estimates. We settled on Patriot Plumbing because he was able to do it quickly, at a reasonable price, and carried a decent brand of water heaters. The owner and his apprentice showed up when they said they would. Upon inspection of the old water heater, he told us he would have to replace some copper tubing and valves due to an improperly installed humidifier on the line which was leaking. In spite of tight working quarters, he was able to remove and replace the water heater in roughly 2 hours. The water heater was a 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater and cost $700. They also replaced 3/4 stop, 5/8 x 1/4 'L' stop, 3/4 'T' and 3/4 x 1/2 valve. The labor was $45.

Excellent. I called on Monday and Bob gave me a Wednesday 8 am appointment. He was a few minutes late but called to let me know. It took about 90 minutes from start to finish to make the repairs. He also gave me some advice on a defective toilet lever.

I woke up Saturday morning to cold water and water on the floor. I called several plumbers, one of who wanted to charge $900 dollars. Others did not return my phone calls. Patriot Plumbing explained over the phone that my water heater needed replacement, and that he could do the job first thing Monday morning. He showed up on time and completed the job in about 90 minutes. The price was competitive with other quotes I received. I will call them again for future plumbing problems.
