We were thrilled with the results of their work. John and his crew man were meticulous with their prep work and did a beautiful job of applying the paint. They carefully sealed off the room in order to spray the trim and cabinets, resulting in a smooth, no-line finish. The paint laid over the wood paneling was also applied beautifully. John is attentive, punctual and very sensitive to and quot;the intrusionand quot; of painters in the house over a long period. His pricing is fair with regard to the high quality of his work. I would trust him with any job. In fact, this was his second large job. Last fall, he painted the exterior of our home, also a marvelous job. We would recommend him without question.

Very professional and punctual. We have used John before, and will be using him again. John and his team are fantastic at what they do, arrive on time and go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Although it was difficult to get scheduled, once accomplished, the work was done professionally and in a reasonable time frame. John was very good to work with and provided a detailed written scope of the work to be completed with the price quote (although handwritten, it was very helpful). The house looked very good after the first coat of paint on the body, but I made the decision to apply a second coat because the shingles had been neglected for a number of years and I felt more comfortable making sure the paint coverage would be adequate for a long life. John's additional charge for this was very reasonable and he completed the second coat very quickly without complaint. His painting job includes powerwashing and thoroughly prepping and caulking the entire house prior to painting, as well as washing all of the windows at the conclusion. We were, and are (1-1/2 yrs. later), very happy with the work done by Paint Masters.

John's price was considerably less than the other 3 bids we received and we were very happy with the work that was completed. He cleaned up well after the repair was completed and was very personable and easy to work with. We'll, definitely use John again, and have already gotten estimates from him for some interior painting that we hope to follow-up on soon. We did not consider this repair time sensitive so even though John encountered some issues in getting the work scheduled it did not affect our satisfaction with the end result.
