Osage Cleaning

Do not consider using this firm.  They do not professionally perform the work that they are hired to do.  We have hired another firm to re finish the kitchen cabinets.  Osage damaged our built in microwave oven and they continue to promise that they will be out to repair.  I am certain that we will never see them again. Do not consider this firm for any work.  RUN!

They were the best price but probably not the best quality. It was an ok value but they were not very detail oriented.

I moved in to a pretty big house, pretty old, and needed the dryer duct cleaned. Osage Cleaning just happened to be my immediate choice cause I needed the service and their ad was just sitting on the value-mail thing, so I called. Also wanted air duct cleaning, so might as well do it at the same time. They have coupon $49 for the first 10 vents and $35 for dryer duct. The guy came, gave estimates of $590. Situation was, I had other people doing work at the house and it was hectic, so I didn't really put a lot of thought prior to making decision. So we went ahead and do it, took about an hour and a half. He did get some pretty nasty dust and mold and stuff out of the vents, but I noticed it wasn't really thorough cleaning. He also made me buy all this extra stuff that I just realized I don't need, and those stuff cost more than the duct cleaning itself (the cleaning was only $200). Again, it was my mistake for not doing proper research before paying for their service. The cleaning was OKAY, I can't say its really good, but nothing too bad about it either. But the fact that they rip us off with all the extra stuff we didn't need is a warning sign, showing that they are all about making money and not being truthful about what we really need and what we don't. The next day, I found out that they actually overcharged me for the service. The excuse was because the vent was longer than normal. Regardless, the "boss" whoever that was, told me he would send refund check. Still waiting on the check now. I need carpet cleaning service, but will NOT use their service for it.

The overall experience was horrible. I was unable to find their business address, so the only way to contact them is via phone. They did not respond in a timely manner and were not truthful.
