We are very pleased with our experience with One Stop Decorating.     From the beginning, their help with our selection of window treatments to the actual installation, was a smooth and pleasant process.      Their knowledge of the product they sell (Hunter Douglas) was obvious and this made the overwhelming choices easier to visualize and select.      We appreciated the fact that Jennifer, our initial contact,  was present with each phase of the project.   Brian, the installer, was very precise in measuring and knowing how to install the different window treatments.      We were very impressed with their punctuality, also.    We would recommend OSD to anyone!

Amy, the representative we met at the home and garden show, showed as promised to do measurements and take the order. We were told it would take approximately three weeks for Hunter Douglas to manufacture all the blinds. After approximately three weeks, the company called and arranged a date for installation. Everything went fine with the living room and kitchen. BOTH the sliding door blinds were wrong and could not be hung. They were re-ordered and we were told we would not be charged for installation of any of the blinds (after we had to ask for some accommodation). Weeks later, the sliding door blinds were in. ONE fit. The other was still wrong - the problem with the original order still existed - it was manufactured backwards. Again, weeks later, the correct blind was finally installed. Amy was again contacted, but this time, she didn't bother to respond. After another email, still no response. It is possible that Hunter Douglas manufactured the sliding door blinds wrong one time. Based on my previous extensive expensive ordering Hunter Douglas products, it is not possible that they made the blinds wrong twice. I firmly believe Amy, or whoever wrote the order, screwed it up both times. After having spent $3,000 with them, I would have expected decent - no, exceptional - service. I got shabby service and an attitude that they have my money, so tough. Will never used them again and will actively steer friends and acquaintances away from this company.

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Contact was timely and every staff member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The work was completed earlier than promised.
