We use Odd Job Grrls for just about everything. I highly recommend Odd Job Grrls. She patched up the wall after only having another case where a duct started sweating after something happened and so she had to re-insulate that and it stopped sweating through the wall and through the ceiling. She has also done some minor electrical work. She fixed the door that the locks weren't lining anymore. Just came in straighten things out and redid it. She repaired the hole in the wall for the plumbing. She had to work on that quite a while. She had to put in a grill to let air flow into the wall. The pipe wouldn't freeze anymore. She had to move things around, electrical sockets around and other things around after the plumbing in the wall was done.
