They put them on, balanced them. They helped me find the right tires. They gave me some options to choose. I waited for it, it wasn't that long. The waiting room had a tv, snacks, coffee. Bathrooms were clean.

They were unprofessional and as I was waiting, did not honor a young lady's tire warranty and proceeded to rip her off. When it was my turn to ask questions, the counter person cussed me out and called me a liar. I will never use nor recommend the NTB on Skyview Drive.

I brought my car into NTB because I was told previously that I was due for new brakes. I also had a lot of road noise, so I asked them to check into it. I dropped my car off, and a couple hours later, they called and confirmed that I needed new brakes. Of course, they also recommended that I change the brake fluid. I wasn't sure that I really needed that, but the phone call kind of forces you to make a split-second decision. I agreed, and they did the work. When I picked my car up, they told me that the road noise was caused by a bad wheel bearing. I got an estimate but decided to hold off on that (despite the manager's way-exaggerated insistence that letting it go for a few weeks could have dire consequences). I paid and got in my car, only to discover that they had left a big oil stain in my passenger seat. Luckily, I have leather seats, but I sat there and waited another half-hour while they cleaned up the mess. Not a great experience. I went back a few weeks later to get my wheel bearing replaced. I dropped my car off early in the morning and was told it would be a couple of hours. After a couple of hours, they called and told me that they had just looked at my car and again confirmed that it was the wheel bearing that needed replaced (I already knew that...). This time on the phone call, they suggested that since one of my wheel bearings had gone bad prematurely, I should go ahead and replace both of them. I told them no, so then they suggested that changing the wheel bearing would probably mean that I would also need an alignment. On to their game of catching you with no time to think, I again declined. So I go back to waiting on them. Several hours later, I had heard nothing from the shop. I showed up not long before closing time, and asked why they hadn't bothered to call. The manager was rude and defensive, and gave some excuse about the phone system being down. And my car still wasn't done. I waited close to another hour. The work they did was good quality (although my brakes squeak), but the lack of communication, the up-selling, and the manager's bad attitude were enough to convince me to never return.

I went in to get tires roatated and they discovered a broken part on my wheel. I had just had the car inspected, so I was surprised to hear that they missed something they would have looked at during the inspection. They were patient and showed me what they damage felt like (tire had some side to side play), but I just had to trust them due to my lack of knowledge.
The one complaint I had is that it took FOREVER to repair. I had to wait there and it seemed like people came and left the waiting room while I just sat and waited. It may have been a part that they were waiting on, but no one communicated that to me or kept me updated.
