To be honest, I don't think I had scooped in four, maybe five months. I was charged an initial cleanup fee, which I gladly paid. Dan got in touch with me after reviewing his route sheets and let me know that my yard hadn't actually required a full initial cleanup and that I should expect a credit for the equivalent of a month's worth of service on my invoice. The fact that he not only responded to my initial request within 24 hours, but then followed up *after I had already paid* to let me know that I needed to be refunded a portion of my payment says all that needs to be said about this company. It isn't often that a company spends this type of time or has this type of attention to detail. I highly recommend Northland Poop Scooping.

Price is reasonable (they are only charging me for two dogs since two of my three are toy breed). I started out doing it because I was working so much overtime I didn't have time to do it, but their fee is so reasonable and they do a great job overall that I have been keeping it up.

We've used them for over four years and will continue to do so as long as we have dogs!

We have been using their service for over a year now. They are always conscientious about making sure the gates are closed while they work, and when they leave. They do a good job scouring the entire yard. The owner is very responsive to email, and prompt with replies. Good communication, and easy to reach. They get to know the dogs they care for, and seem to genuinely care about the dogs. They carry treats to help make their visits smooth in case the dog is outside when they are there.

i've come to really appreciate this service. my dogs love having a clean yard and they don't track the stuff back into the house. the company is thorough and professional, just really nice people. they even called me when they noticed a leak in my outside gas meter. i recommend them to all my pet friends!

Called them for an estimate on cleaning the dog poop from my yard. They came out and told me that although some yards need initial cleanup fees, my yard didn't and they would clean my yard for the weekly rate of $7.50. Monthly service from now on for my dog is just $30.00. Very nice people.
