Leo did a great job helping me secure a home mortgage. I didn't use a Real Estate agent and he helped me through the process.
He helped me pre-qualify and stayed in touch after I found a home and made an offer. He locked in a very low interest rate at just the right time and took care of all the paper work in a timely manner.
I was very pleased with NASB and I found it's not difficult to purchase a home without assistance of an agent, which saved me money on commission.

.Nate Higgins made the process very easy.  This is the second time we have refinanced with NASB, and I can say after owning several homes with mortgages and refinancing several times that NASB is the easiest to work with, and they have a great rate.  Nate responded quickly to any questions I had.  Even my contact at the title company we used, who had not previously worked with NASB, remarked how easy they were to deal with.

We refinanced with NASB and could not be happier! They went above our expectations on every level! Tony was fantastic throughout the entire process! Best of all they saved us almost $200 a month on our mortgage payment plus we got to skip 2 payments and our interest rate dropped by more than 1%! More importantly our principal balance stayed almost the same which is almost impossible to do and not require any money at closing! We highly recommend NASB for your refinancing needs!!
