 + 4 moreI paid him almost all of the estimate and then he left with out finishing the job, I now have a lien on my house because he did not pay his sub contractors. Now I have an unfinished house and I am out all of the money that I owed him. Although I only paid 39,700 up front and was going to pay him the rest upon completion.
Description of Work: Contract was to come out and refurbish the entire house inside and out (windows, porches, yard, roof, gutters, kitchen, tiling on floors, pretty much everything.)
