House Cleaning
Lady was nice enough. but she was on her phone frequently either taking other business calls to set up cleanings, or with her kids.
Mediocre job. I had to redo what she did, so I would consider this a waste. Her products did smell great, but I wasn't aware that Gain detergent and fabric softener were "natural"
I would not recommend or hire again.

House Cleaning
Overall, they did a nice job. I have a newborn baby, so I was happy that they used nontoxic cleaning products. The two girls who did the cleaning were very friendly. There were a few nooks and crannies that they missed, but I think I have higher standards than many. I would hire them again, making sure to point out the places that I want them to take special care with.
