Mr Tires

Fast. A fellow customer there described them as a pit crew service. They had it done in less than 15 minutes, maybe even less. Brad at the counter was very kind and personable. The service man did the job quickly and answered questions I had. They replaced four tires on another vehicle in about 30 minutes. Wow. Cheaper and faster than most places I've been to. What a find!

I found Mr. Tires by doing a Google search for tire places and had to try them since they were the only place I could find who had all 5 star reviews but 1 person (who was just mad because they didn’t carry his tire). They are so nice and professional here. The man who works the front desk is great and answers any questions you have. My favorite thing is they don’t try to sell you crap you don’t need. I can in for new tires and also asked them about my brakes squealing. Instead of coming up with some stupid excuse to fix something to get more money from me, They informed me that that is just something Nissans tend to do as they get older, but it wouldn’t cause any real issues. He also told me since my car was older and we were going to sell it soon to just get the cheapest tires they had. They give real honest advice here and wonder customer service. My only complaint is I wish they had weekend or evening hours so I could come by without having to take off work.

Took car in to the place of business - problem with the tires was addressed - new tires ordered and the tires came in when it was stated they would be there = took car to have tires put on and was out of there within an hour - excellent service

They are very nice and honest. I am very comfortable around them and have already started recommending them to friends and family.

They were courteous, efficient, friendly, and honest. They patched a tire that Firestone said had to be replaced. The screw punctured the tire tread in the middle, and the tire is just fine three weeks after the repair. From start to finish it was about 15 minutes.

I discovered this tire company by accident over 20 years ago when they had a unique tire I needed. I have used then ever since. The prices are competitive and they are very honest and consistent. The employees are a rough and dirty looking group (as one would expect). The owner and employees are respectful, courteous and efficient to the degree that it would rival, not only other tire companies, but most service companies in the metro area. I have also observed that the employee turnover is minimal which says alot. I am not related to , or know anyone in this company other than being a happy customer.

WHEN I PULLED UP IN THE LOT A TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATELY APPROACHED ME. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD A FLAT TIRE ON THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE. THE SERVICE WAS FAST. THE TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY WANTED TO BE SURE THAT I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. I WAS!
