The thing I liked the most besides the excellent job he performed was his communication with his customer (me). Keeping me informed about when he was coming to perform the job. Letting me know that he was on his way to perform the job. Able to do the job the same day I inquired about having the job done. Those were his most important qualities that sets him apart from the others I believe. Communication is extremely important to me and Iâ m willing to believe it is extremely important to people in general especially WOMEN and he passed the test. He has an excellent personality, friendly, easy to get along with, and this was our first meeting. He listens and cares about what you want done and he asked all the right questions, for example, he asked how do I want him to cut the grass, up high, etc. plus he gave me his professional opinion about which way is best. I am very pleased with his service. I believe his business will do nothing but grow if he doesnâ t change his ways because it is the recipe for success. Last but not least, his price for doing the job was reasonable and fair. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend his business and service.
