HERB THE HANDYMAN MET ME AT HOME DEPOT TO PICK OUT PAINT COLOR AND PICK UP ITEMS FOR TOILET. HE WAS PLEASANT AND VERY MUCH EXPERIENCED IN HIS CRAFT. MY LIGHT STILL DOESN'T WORK AND NOW THE TOILET HAS A LEAK, SO I AM NEEDING SOME FOLLOW-UP ATTENTION.

THE WORKERS PERFORMED WELL. THE OWNER, HOWEVER, WAS NOT RELIABLE OR RESPONSIVE. SEVERAL OF HIS EMPLOYEES COMPLAINED OF NOT BEING PAID. HE ALSO ASKED FOR PAYMENT DUE TO FINANCIAL HARDSHIP PRIOR TO WORK BEING COMPLETE.
