We had a good experience with them. They knew what they were doing. We took kind of an older machine up there may be like 70's dome machine. They were able to give it a walk over and replace anything that seems to be broken. They were able to work on the machine anything from the newest modern stuff to all the way from the machine that was 30 years old. The price was reasonable. They were available.

It would have cost me $200 in Springfield and they only charged me $75. I have used it since picking it up and it works great. instead of installing a new part he was able to repair the old part, which made a big difference in price in an old machine. He did routine maintenance and cleaning for that price too. They were very pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend them.
They understood the concept of repair rather than expensive replacement with a new part on a very old-albeit quality Pfaff sewing machine. They actually completed the work a week before they had said they would have it ready.

SOMETIMES IT TAKES LONGER THAN I WOULD WISH, BUT OVERALL THEIR WORK IS VERY FINE.
