They delivered the soil and is was extremely good quality. They were very responsive when I was making our delivery appointment. The delivery driver showed up on time and even called when he was on his way. I would highly recommend this company!

It was delivered at the scheduled time and dumped on my drive exactly where I wanted it. The mulch did contain some debris, such as rocks, paper. I think that is typical since the mulch comes from yard waste but there was a bit more than I expected. Overall, a good quality experience from a friendly, professional company.

I call and placed the ordered. I have ordered in the past. each time I call they are very helpful and nice. The delivery was set up in a short amount of time. They take all measures to not damage my property. They make this a real easy process.

Because I'm a member of Angie's List, they waived the $70 delivery fee. I dealt with them on the phone and they were very prompt. They delivered the mulch and it's on our driveway. They made it very easy for me to choose the product with the accurate descriptions of the several different types of mulch. They worked with me and made sure that I had what I needed. So they responded very well on the phone and they showed up on time. I would recommend using them. The mulch was a high quality product but it is much cheaper than their competitors.

The service and staff were friendly and nice to work with and they work hard to get your business.  The bulk prices were the better than others and Angie's List members get one free delivery fee. 
Wood quality of the mulch was good although the quality of the grinding is not as good as Suburban Lawn and Garden whom we've used in the past.  The playground chips were not filtered through had has more pieces that could cause splinters and the cheaper natural brown hardwood had much bigger and coarser chunks (and small branches) than normal. 
I would still consider using them again as I don't mind as much for chunkier natural hardwood as they may last longer.  We will reserve comment on how long these chips will last.  The Suburban Lawn and Garden chips lasted almost 2 years and they have a bigger truck than can deliver bigger split loads in one trip.

They delivered soil in a timely fashion and droped it where asked to.  Prices were equivalent/ in the ball park to other providers but shipping was more reasonable.  Staff was friendly and responsive to email and phone calls.  Will use the next time I need services of this nature.

They were very prompt in their delivery and I am pretty satisfied with the soil. It just amazed me I had laid a tarp in my yard where I wanted them to dump the soil and he just backed on to my drive and turned his truck so that it just dumped it right on that tarp and it just amazed me. He never hard to drive even to my yard at all. They offer great service, good product. I would use this provider in the future.

I heard about Missouri Organic from a stucco installer. We found the company very responsive and they offer us the best of all options. We could save a lot by requesting a bulk delivery from one of their trucks -- or we could order the compost in bags at rates less than Home Depot. Best of all, Missouri Organic is a manufacturer of the products they sell -- so they're real experts.

We've used Missouri Organic twice now for mulch delivery. Each job has gone fairly well. I would suggest being very careful with measuring how much mulch you need. In my experience, Missouri Organic tends to deliver more than what you think you need, so estimate low. (Trust me, finding places for extra mulch isn't as easy as it might seem.) The mulch itself is just okay. What I've gotten tends to fade fairly quickly, but I've not purchased the top-price material. Delivery was $60, which I think is well worth it for how much we needed delivered.

I called mid-week to order mulch delivered on Saturday. Because I had visited their website I know what I wanted to order and the approximate cost. The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I was ordering erosion control mulch, and she made sure I knew what I would be getting. The load was delivered within the one-hour window they had given me, and there were no problems. This company is very easy to do business with and after two experiences with them I will be happy to continue with them in the future.

They have an excellent product and reasonable prices. They are good for the environment. They have friendly, knowledgeable personnel.

I checked Angie's list and saw some good comments from others about this company. I found their calculator on their web site very handy, as I had no idea how much mulch to order. I submitted my order and.................. nothing. A week went by and I didn't hear from them. So I sent a screen print of my order to Kevin's e-mail address directly. I heard back right away that they were just really busy. I then got a call confirming my order, and to schedule a delivery. Two days later, I had my mulch. The driver was very prompt, arriving exactly at the start of the one-hour window they gave me, and very courteous. He did his best to put the mulch right on the tarps I put on the driveway, but my tarps weren't big enough. 5 cubic yards is a lot of mulch! I'm giving them a "B" on responsiveness because of that one week issue. I'm also giving them a "B" on quality because my mulch included, well, a solid cedar log - about 5 inches in diameter, about 3 feet in length. How that escaped the woodchipper, I have no idea. Everything else was just great!!

After finding this company through this site I went to their website for more information. The site made it easy to find the information I was looking for and a very helpful interactive calculator to help determine how much mulch to order. I wasn't looking for organic mulch specifically, but the selection and pricing compared well to other providers. When I called to place my order I was told that the type of mulch I wanted was no longer available. They suggested an alternative that would work as well. My order was delivered two days later, exactly on time, and the cost was exactly what I was quoted over the phone.
