MILLENIUM INSULATION

It went great. Anthony is wonderful and easy to work with. He goes all out in everything he does and leaves no stone unturned. He makes sure that everything is done exactly how he stated and again, goes above and beyond to make it a positive experience. I particularly appreciated the way he explains what he and his team are doing, takes pictures and video so I can "see" what he sees up in the attic.

They took longer to complete the project than I thought it would take. However, they did not just show up and start blowing insulation in. The did the detailed preparatory work that I did not know was the correct way to do this kind of job. After having this additional insulation for over a year I can say that our heating and air conditioning costs have decreased significantly . We were very impressed with the professional way this job was completed.

He is very conscientious, friendly, and did a great job. We are very pleased with his work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Anthony carefully inspected my attic and took pictures of the problem areas. None of the other companies did that thorough of an estimate. Anthony's bid was for R50 - others just R30. Anthony and his worker worked very hard for 3 days insulating my attic. They used pink foamboard on areas where cellulous could not be sprayed in. They also drilled holes in the ceiling on areas that could not be reached in the attic. They took great care to make sure my carpets and furniture were protected. I asked about how to apply the pink foamboard to the outer walls in my basement and came home on the second day to find that they did that as well for no additional cost. I felt comfortable leaving my home to go to work while Anthony and his worker did the job. I chose Anthony's company to do this work because his estimate was $500.00 less than the other companies and he is a decent human being (you will know what I mean after you talk to him awhile).

Anthony Wyatt personally did a detailed inspection of our house, laid out in detail what he recommended and the pricing for each phase of the project. He was patient and willing to discuss with me and my wife the impact of the project on our day to day use of the house, how he would protect our carpets and furniture and how he would clean up. He was on the job every day. He was extremely thorough in all that he did. He was never in a rush, always working to achieve the highest standards. The project was more complicated and took longer to complete than he originally estimated but the price did not change. We are experiencing a significant improvement in the comfort and heat savings, especially in the recent very cold weather.

Anthony is truly sincere about doing a good, thorough job, both in service and materials. He follows westar energy recommendations. Others might charge less, but they also offer less services. He spent the whole day working on the attic, where other bidders told me they would be done in 1 to 2 hours. He's also customer-oriented. He listens to you. After he was done we could tell the difference in the way the house felt immediately. He used a measuring tape of ours, called us about it, and came all the way from the other side of town to return it. The whole thing was a very positive experience!
