Mike Chambers

We have some complaints about them. We had to call him to tell him to get over here. He couldn't because he was so busy. We had been in contact with him for a long time. Normally they call at the end of the winter and set up appointments to turn on the sprinklers. He did not. He did eventually set up a time and came out to do the job. He's just not too on top of things.

Mike and Cathy came out to replace the computer on our HE clothes washer. They first carefully wrote down a detailed description of all the wires and their connections that they would have to disconnect and then reconnect with the new computer. Then they disconnected the old one and replaced it with the new one. Then they stayed with us as we figured out how to test whether it worked. They also gave useful advice about balancing the washer. I had bought the part myself before they came, but they still checked with their suppliers before coming to see if they could get a better price. Overall, very professional job again.

Excellent. Mike and Cathy work quickly together as a team. They explained to me eveything they were doing and showed how they used quality parts and techniques, compared with what I have currently installed. They fixed a pipe that they were not originally scheduled to fix (above-ground). Overall, excellent work, very knowledgable, I highly recommend them.
