The number one thing that attracted me to this location was that they were open on Saturday. I was able to schedule an appointment time on line at Midas.com the night before. The appointment time was at 2:00 and they had the car back to me by 5:00. They were professional and courteous. They made several recommendations for maintenance that needs to be performed in the future but did not pressure or oversell them. They did provide me with quotes on the recommended services.

THE MANAGER WAS CONDESCENDING TOWARDS MY WIFE WHEN WE TOOK OUR VEHICLE BACK TO BE CHECKED BECAUSE OF A SQUEALING NOISE. HE BECAME VERY DEFENSIVE WHEN ASKED IF THEY COULD LOOK AT OUR VAN AND DETERMINE WHY THE BRAKES WERE SQUEALING. I ENDED UP CONTACTING THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO TREATED ME LIKE A CHILD AND WAS BELITTLING ABOUT MY WIFE WITH ME ON THE PHONE. BECAUSE OF THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED, I DON'T FEEL THAT MY VEHICLE IS SAFE TO DRIVE AND NOW WILL HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO HAVE IT CHECKED AGAIN. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
