Sarah and the staff at Mid America were very helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of our questions and concerns as first time home buyers. They waved their fee for us due to a problem on their end locking in our mortgage rates, and a reshuffling of agents due to illness. They kept us involved and we felt confident in their abilities. The closing process was very smooth and easy with them.
