IT TOOK TWO DAYS FOR THEM TO RESPOND.

Drain Cleaning
ON 12/27 WE CALLED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE NEXT DAY AT 10. THEY CALLED AT 9:30 & SAID THEY WOULD BE WITH US IN ABOUT 1 HOUR. DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM. I CALLED COMPANY AT 2:30, TOLD THEM WHAT I WAS TOLD. WAITED 45 MINS., CALLED THEM BACK & THEY SAID THAT THEIR PEOPLE DID NOT RESPOND TO CALL. I THEN HEARD FROM SERVICEMAN WHO SAID HE WAS AT NURSING HOME EMERGENCY & WOULD BE HERE IN ABOUT AN HOUR. AFTER 45 MINUTES I CALLED THE COMPANY & TOLD THEM NOT TO SEND ANYONE.
