I wish we had the experience the last reviewer had. Our salesperson Aaron was very down to earth and patient with us as we were considering purchasing this vehicle. On Saturday we made our decision and put down the deposit, Aaron was off site on a promotion. We dealt with his manager JK and negotiated the sale with him. Aaron never contacted us to thank us for purchasing the vehicle or to follow up and to see if we had any further questions. The car was to be ready that next Tuesday for pickup. This is a certified car that is supposed to go through a 300 point inspection. However, when I inspected the car on Tuesday, I noted a large yellow stripe going along the bottom of the front right bumper. Under closer inspection the underside of that bumper was torn, fairly beat up and there was a hole in the skid plate. I was extremely angry because I could not understand how this could be missed. Further it damaged the trust I had in the dealerships integrity. In other words what else was overlooked? JK tried to give a reasonable explanation but bottom line promised to fix it and have it ready by the next day. He also promised to do and quot;somethingand quot; to make up for the bad experience and for our wasted time.
The car was ready the next day with the repairs done. However JK never did anything as far as making up for the bad experience and treated us like an annoyance, like something that was not worth his time. We raised the issue with our salesperson after the sale and he promised he would look into it. Whether he talked to JK or not is an unknown because neither contacted us about this topic . A week later my wife called JK on another matter and he never called her back. Post sale we never received any personalized thank you from our salesperson. Several weeks later we received 2 letters that I would characterize as form letters thanking us for purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. This was our first MB purchase and very likely will not be our last. This dealership had an opportunity to win our loyalty but obviously does not need or want our business.

They take good care of me. One time, I was looking at some past receipts and found that they have been replacing my transmission fluid when it did not need to be replaced. They offered my next maintenance for free. They have always done good work and have been very professional.

The dealership e-mailed us that MB would forgive several future payments on our 2010 GLK-350--running a promotion--if we bought a new MB. We went to look--cannot just look at a MB. We picked out a new 2013 GLK-350 and were financed and home very soon. All always things go very smoothly at MBKC. Could not be happier with my gorgeous SUV!

I purchased a new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City. Everyone I came in contact with was first rate. It was the best experience I have had purchasing an automobile and I would certainly recommend them.

Overall everything went fine. They had a part with them and they said it was wobbly, so I told them to go ahead and order the part to put in. So they did that and got it fixed for me. I would recommend the others to buy a Mercedes. Their services are great. The price is high but the quality is good, so it's worth it. I would use their services again in the future.
