We speak at least daily, sometimes multi times a day. When I have a vacancy they do the walk through with me and the tenant, figuring out what needs to be done. We work very closely, it's ten years later we didn't always but we do now. I would be distraught if they ever leave the business. I was happy with everything they did.

I use them extensively. Everything was good about them. I am in constant contact with them because they do so much work for me. I talk to them everyday. Everything was great about it. They is nothing they could improve. He has gotten so much work. I am careful about trying to overload him. I don't ask him about exterior paining at the moment. But I would use them again in a heartbeat.
